Is E-commint AI Lab an AI consultancy?
We do more than traditional consulting. We analyze existing processes, design AI-native workflows, develop or integrate the technologies they require, and implement them in real operations. If you also need the redesigned process to be turned into working technology, our experienced team can support you with that as well.
Which areas do you work in?
Our primary focus is retail and e-commerce. We research how AI and robotics can create value across e-commerce processes such as catalogs, campaigns, cart mechanics, product search, and fulfillment, as well as in sales, customer service, analytics, food and beverage preparation, and related areas and we put those applications into practice.
Can you add AI to our existing processes?
Yes. But first, we assess whether AI is truly the right way to improve the current process. Sometimes the best solution is to add AI to the existing workflow; other times, it is better to redesign the process from the ground up.
Do you use ready-made solutions or develop custom ones?
We do both. When the problem calls for it, we integrate existing technologies; when needed, we develop our own AI and robotics solutions.
